Hi, we are Boris and Sophie. For more than a decade we had our yoga studio in the Netherlands. After traveling for some years we decided to move to Portugal. Here we found our new home and we are very happy to share this beautiful place with you.
Come to Portugal and stay with us at The Living Yoga House. We are located one hour north from Lisbon and just 5 km from the most amazing beaches. You will stay at our beautiful studio ‘happy’ with kitchen and bathroom. Every morning Sophie is teaching a private yoga session just for you. We are looking forward to welcoming you here!
After the morning yoga you can spend some time at one of the beautiful beaches, practice your surfing skills, have lunch at one of the local cafés and enjoy the sunshine. In the afternoon it’s nice to relax in our beautiful garden, take a dip in the pool and have a nap in one of the hammocks.
